Shipping cost calculations are based on USPS calculations with our packages shipping from Columbia, TN 38401

Our packages typically ship the same day if your order is placed during business hours; if your order is placed after business hours, we will ship the following business day. Our packages typically arrive 3-5 business days after order is placed. You will receive an email after we ship your package with your tracking number. If you didn’t get an order confirmation email, please email us with inquiries at columbia524@cbdrx4u.com

Help, I Didn’t Get My Package!
We haven’t lost a package yet – but if you do, here are some steps to follow:
1. Check your tracking number to see if it’s been delivered.
2. Contact your neighbors or your building manager to determine if it went to the wrong place. Our boxes are typically small, white 6 x 4 boxes from Your CBD Store - Columbia, TN 38401
3. Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number, and see if they have any information.
4. Contact us at columbia524@cbdrx4u.com with your order number, and we’ll help you out!
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
